The trucks are popular like never before. The times when a pickup truck is exclusively a workhorse that gets the job done are gone. Nowadays, trucks are versatile vehicles for anyone. You can find a lot of off-road beasts, or incredible towing and hauling models. No matter what you opt for, you’ll get a model with an SUV-like interior and great maneuverability.
Among various options, there are luxury pickup trucks. Essentially, we are talking about the range-topping trim levels with premium cabins and a lot of luxury, both in and out. Without further ado, we are bringing you the list of the best luxury trucks in 2023.
2023 GMC Hummer EV
We are starting with a bang. The brand-new 2023 GMC Hummer EV is not available yet, but it is an official model and we know all of the details. It is an all-electric pickup truck which is already a good start. General Motors did a great job in every category. Not only the Hummer EV looks modern and aggressive, but it provides an amazing interior design. The manufacturer opted for an interesting way of introducing this model and its editions.
The first model going on sale is the most expensive one. More affordable versions will be coming year after year. The Hummer EV Edition works with a three-motor setup, providing 350 miles of driving range. Moreover, it delivers 1000 horsepower, standard AWD system and it will cost $112,500. The price clearly says it all, because, for that kind of money, you’ll get a premium cabin with a lot of high-tech features.
2023 Ram 1500 Limited
Ford F-150 is the best-selling vehicle in the United States. It is an all-around player with so much to offer. However, the 2023 Ram 1500 Limited beats F-150 in one particular category. The interior. If you compare base trim levels of two models, Ram is winning no matter what. On the other side of the lineup, the range-topping Ram 1500 Limited is something else.
The full-size pickup truck includes premium stuff such as leather upholstery, larger displays, and an impressive audio system. By 2023, Ram 1500 will deploy Uconnect 5 infotainment and we also expect even more luxury inside the cabin. Besides top-notch materials, you’ll also get larger alloy wheels, a lot of chrome accents, unique air suspension, and much more.
2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate
This is another brand-new model. Yes, Sierra 1500 is here for years. However, the 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate is something completely new. Like the current Denali trim level wasn’t enough, so GM needed to improve already luxury trucks with even more luxury. If for some reason, the regular Denali trim level is not luxurious enough for you, then this Ultimate add-on is a must.
For a start, this version provides unique styling, carbon-fiber materials, bigger wheels, and more standard features. The most significant upgrade is the GM’s Super Cruise hands-free system. Under the hood, a 6.2-liter V8 develops 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. The price starts at $80,000 and this is the most luxurious truck under the GMC badge that you can get.
2023 Ford F-150 Limited
Here it is, the famous F-150 truck. The best-selling vehicle in the United States. The next 2023 Ford F-150 Limited will continue to deliver premium stuff like it always does. Sure, the new F-150 Lightning electric truck will be a good choice as well. However, we stick with the tradition and F-150 Limited certainly has tradition. If you are willing to pay almost $80,000 for this model, you won’t regret it. That price is significantly higher than the Ram 1500 Limited model, and we already said the Ram absolutely knows how to provide a better interior.
However, Ford provides more driver-assistance aids, an impressive dual-pane sunroof, and a full 360 safety suite, all as standard. You will also get a tow package with trailer assist, large 22-inch wheels, and even a hybrid V6 engine. A four-wheel-drive is optional, unfortunately, but a 7.2 kWh Pro Power Onboard system is standard. And while the Ram brings refinement, Ford definitely beats its biggest rival in any other category.
2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country
The upcoming 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country is one of our favorite models. The balance between the price and quality is very impressive. Good job Chevy! Recently, this model obtained important upgrades such as new infotainment and new touchscreen options. Moreover, Chevrolet decided to improve the safety of the truck. This is not enough, as the Silverado model will also provide improved towing capacity, thanks to the latest diesel engine improvements.
Anyway, getting the High Country trim levels means you like the recognizable wood trims on the console and unique leather upholstery. You can choose between the Nightshift Blue and Jet Black interior color schemes, and both options are truly amazing. Contrast stitching, stainless accents, and a premium Bose sound system are also there. Super Cruise system will be available, but probably as an option, we don’t know yet. Still, paying around $60,000 for this astonishing luxury truck is a fair deal in every possible way.
2023 Toyota Tundra Capstone
Toyota is doing great with the sales of cars, SUVs, and trucks in the United States. There must be a reason behind creating so popular and already iconic vehicles. And there is, Toyota delivers it all. Simply as that. The 2023 Toyota Tundra Capstone is a model that isn’t available yet, but it will be very soon. The Capstone variant is mostly a Lexus camouflaged in the truck segment. The new model will offer a new rear suspension, so the ride quality will be impressive.
Under the hood, Tundra Capstone will hide the i-Force MAX hybrid powertrain, delivering a quiet and smooth ride. Inside the cabin, this truck offers semi-aniline leather, power-adjustable seats, a panoramic sunroof, and heated/ventilated front seats. A 14-inch touchscreen looks amazing as well. On the outside, Toyota opted for 22-inch chrome and machined wheels, so everything about this truck is a luxury. Producing 437 horsepower, the new Toyota Tundra Capstone will be available for about $75,000.
2023 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve
This truck doesn’t get enough credit. It is what it is. The competition is strong, especially the full-size pickup truck segment. Still, the 2023 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve is right there among the top dogs. We’d say the Titan Platinum Reserve is a wildcard or something like that. Basically, if you find other luxury trucks too expensive, this model will save you money and it will deliver luxury anyway. Nissan offers famous zero-gravity seats with leather seats and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The manufacturer also provides a nice combination of wood and metal accents. Again, this isn’t a bad truck at all, the competition is better, but the rivals are also more expensive.
If you choose a two-wheel-drive Crew Cab variant, you’ll end up paying $58,000. Warranty is great, and this truck also offers a lot of safety features and systems such as sway control or braking control. The Titan Platinum Reserve will generate 400 horsepower thanks to a reliable V8 engine and a nine-speed automatic transmission. The only thing we’d like to see is a refreshment, as this model is almost the same as it was four years ago.
